Herbst Agri One is a tailored business management service, designed specifically for the unique demands of the agriculture industry. Weighbridge:

Complete control and easy of use. Option to restrict access to sensitive information.
Convert weigh documents to invoices.
Automatically enforce credit control. Managers can be give the right to override.
A unique feature for agri business is the ability to relay date/time stamped events back with the video footage of what occurred thought the day, including: delivery and receipt documents, vehicles in and out, eightbridge events and more.

Batch Management:

Farm to Fork traceability.
First in, First out stock management.
Batch recall – No one wants to think they will ever have to issue a batch recall, but if it does happen, you want it to be as painless as possible. For you, and for the customer.

Bill of Materials:

Take items from all over your stock list, and merge them into one new item. This could be as simple as selling 2 separate items as a pair, with a unique price, or as complex as a recipe, or constructed product. Herbst Agri One can merge those items seamlessly, and with ease.

Multiple Units of Measure:

Single items can have multiple units of measure. Eg, bags of grain could be measured in 25kg bags, pallets, kilograms etc. These are all customisable to your own requirements.

Work Orders:

Product assemblies, sub assemblies schedule and plan. ideal for stock management. These can be used to get a much better idea of true costing.

Back to Back Ordering:

Set minimum levels for stock items, with adjustable responses if stocks dip below that point.

Budgets and Targets:

Customisable reports show predicted vs actual values.
Set metrics: eg: quantity, profit margin, value, etc.

Handhelds:

Proof of delivery (POD): always have digital records and signatures to protect your business.
Geographic Information System (GIS): Delivering into rural areas can be tricky, especially in large vechicles. With a GIS you can mark customer sites by geographic coordinates, rather than address, giving a much more accurate location. Drivers can also mark their current location as a site. This is particularly helpful if the customer address and delivery site are different.
Create new orders, tickets, customers etc. while in the field. The handheld can be used as a portable CRM.
Handhelds show live data to the office user, letting them see the bigger picture of how business is being done.

Credit Control:

Restrict overdue creditors. Adjustable administration rights allow managers to override this restiction.
Add interest to overdue credit accounts.

Direct SMS:
